The day for the carpet is here and everything (almost everything) is ready!


I am sure the guy that came to measure the carpet would not recognize the space. I told him that we would have everything moved out except for a few items. When I went to pay for the carpet he had put a charge on there to move excessive amounts of furniture. I made them take it off. This pictures show the four pieces of furniture that have to be moved.
One of the things that I did not get done was to paint the stairs.
Also, I did not get the metal pipes for the outlets painted.
Guess I will have to try and be very careful and not paint like a slob!
I wanted to clean this cabinet off, but that didn’t happen either. (See in the left side of the picture, you can see the metal pipes that I want to paint.)
